If a station is full or empty, the Buzz app will instantly show you the nearest alternative location. Instead, the original €30 charge is adjusted to show only the rental cost.
For example, if you only see a €3 charge, your deposit has been correctly released.
If you believe the deposit was not refunded, contact our support via WhatsApp and we'll check it immediately.
The deposit is released automatically after the power bank is returned. Depending on your bank, it may take a few hours to several business days to appear.
Some banks merge the deposit refund with the original transaction instead of showing it separately. This is normal banking behaviour.

Try adjusting your camera angle or cleaning the QR code on the station. If scanning still doesn't work, you can rent using Tap & Pay or contact support.
Make sure location services are enabled on your phone. If no stations appear nearby, zoom out on the map to see stations in surrounding areas.
An offline station may be temporarily disconnected or powered off. Please ask a staff member to reconnect the station, or plug it back into the power socket yourself if possible.
Once reconnected, the station should come back online shortly. You can also check the Buzz app to find the nearest active station to continue your rental or return.
