How much is a BUZZ battery to rent?

A BUZZ battery costs just €1,50p per 1 hour of charge. This will add up until you hit 4 hours of use (€6.00) for the day! Every next day, you will be charged €6.00 per 24 hours of use. This will continue for 5 days when you must pay a lost battery penalty of €40.00, which means a total of €70 

What do I do if the station is empty?

Look on the BUZZ app to find the nearest station with available batteries. 

What to do if the station I want to return my battery to is full?

If the station is full look on the BUZZ app to find the nearest charging station to return 
your battery. 

What cables does the Buzz power bank have?

The BUZZ power bank is equipped with Lightning (iPhone), USB-C and Micro USB. 

What happens if I don't return a BUZZ battery?

You will continue to pay a daily rate for renting a BUZZ battery until you reach 120 hours (5 days). Once 120 hours have passed, the amount of €70.00 will be deducted and the battery will be considered SOLD and is yours to keep. If you still return the power bank, you will get €30.00 back. For this, you will need to contact the support. support@debzzz.nl 

How long does it take to fully charge my phone?

Our BUZZ batteries have quick-charge technology built-in which allows most phones to be fully charged in just over an hour. The exact time is dependent on which phone and model you own.
